By accessing and using Semesto (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Semesto is a university class scheduling platform that helps professors and department heads create, manage, and approve timetables. The Service is currently provided free of charge during the beta period.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious content or code

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your scheduling data.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Semesto available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties during the beta period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Semesto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
